I’m a dentist, husband, dad and entrepreneur. I love life and love what I do. I’ve found that my true passion lies in making an impact in people’s lives. That has become my true purpose. I created Vibe Dental Academy to help dental professionals find freedom, fulfillment, and financial peace. I have gone through years of mistakes, trials, and hardships to find these things for myself. I want to help others bypass these missteps and live the life you deserve. I have grown multiple companies to reach 7 figure numbers. I currently am CEO and founder of a dental group and dental software company. Growing up in Pulaski, TN, Khandi has always had a passion for helping others. This passion led her to embarking a career as a dental assistant shortly after high school accumulating over 15 years of practice in dentistry. During that time she has served as a Dental Assistant, Lead Dental Assistant, Clinical Office Manager, and Financial Coordinator within the dental industry. In 2018, Khandi graduated from the prestigious MGE Management Experts "Power Program", a 2-year business school for dental professionals. Then, in 2021, she graduated with honors from The University of Tennessee Southern with a degree in Psychology and was inducted into the Pi Gamma Mu Honor Society. Khandi, alongside her business partner Olivia, also started a trendy and thriving women's boutique in Pulaski named, Cane & Poplar. This venture has proven to be hugely successful. Outside her professional life, Khandi cherishes moments with her family, enjoying the company of friends, traveling, and spending time on her farm with their plethora of diverse animals. Khandi is actively engaged in her community and church, Faith Church in Lawrenceburg.

Alesis grew up in Pulaski, TN. She always knew that she wanted to be in the medical field in some way. She had a deep passion for helping others. While in high school, she participated in Free Dental Day in Pulaski, which is a day dedicated to giving free dental care to those in need. After that experience Alesis said, "While volunteering that day I fell in love. Being able to help make people feel more confident in themselves and smile is so rewarding." Alesis went on to get her education as a Registered Dental Assistant and immediately went to work for her childhood dentist, Dr. Owens. She graduated with her RDA in 2018. Since then she has gotten a license as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) in 2021, and she regularly does restorative dental fillings on patients. She has functioned as a Dental Assistant and the Lead Dental Assistant at Owens Dental. She has also functioned as the Dental Lab Coordinator and OSHA Coordinator. Alesis brings a deep knowledge of dentistry to Vibe Dental Academy. In her free time, Alesis enjoys hanging with her husband and friends, camping, kayaking, working out, and playing with her dog.
